Health and Safety starts with hygiene. Students are required to have clean attire and extremities at all times and every class, this prevents skin, eye, and gastrointestinal infections. Enforcement protocol:

1. Athletes will receive a reminder to attend physically clean, trimmed nails, and clean attire and asked to clean up and change attire before they can train. 

2. Athletes will be benched for the day or until they clean up before they can participate.

3. Athletes will be suspended without refunds.

4. Repeat non compliance: membership will be cancelled without refunds.

Safety for all supersedes comfort for the one. Respect your teammates by keeping them safe from infections!
